[Shibuya Tower]

Of all the record stores in the world, one would hardly have picked Tower Records as a source of bargain discs, but so be it. I now have a copy of Tegan and Sara's This business of art and the Boo Radleys' C'mon kids. I was particularly thrilled to get the former because I'm quite a fan of their most recent release, and the latter just takes me back to my mid-90's britpop phase, oh I was so there, I had the haircut, y'know it...

[Has broken]

As part of my day of spending, I picked up a very lovely copy of Cat Stevens' Teaser and the Firecat... yes I know, I'm obsessed. There's just no separating me from my fixation with 70's folk music, but I wasn't granted the privilege of living that decade so surely you won't deny me the opportunity of experiencing it vicariously?

It's a wonderful album.

[Word of mouth]

Forgot to mention that Sonia gave me a copy of The Cat Empire CD. Rather funky.

[Superfly]

There's just no stopping the rock with my new 100 yen copy of 4 Non Blondes' Bigger, Better, Faster, More! Super!
