I just bought The Queen is Dead by The Smiths for $10. Quite a splendid purchase I'd have to say. I had to restrain myself from buying Joni Mitchell's Blue album... in hindsight I can't think why I didn't just buy it.

Ok, I can think of at least two songs that are based on Ecclesiastes 3, v 2-8. The Byrds' Turn! Turn! Turn! (To everything there is a season) and The Passengers' Miss Sarajevo... there are bound to be more.
